Why the free plan has daily limits
Searching is a database query and costs us almost nothing, so its allowance is generous and exists only to deter automated extraction. Call import, document analysis, eligibility assessment and the AI business plan each send your documents to a language model, and each one costs real money every time it runs — the business plan writes a whole business case and four strategic analyses in a single call, which is why its allowance is the smallest. The allowances are per rolling 24 hours — they reset a day after your first use, not at midnight — and any paid plan removes all of them.
Cancelling
At any time, from Billing in your workspace. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and afterwards the account continues on the free plan: proposals, dossiers and pipeline stay readable and editable.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are registered. Payments and plan changes run through Stripe; card details never reach us.
