Provider

GrantCrafter is provided by Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd., company number 15418196, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Funding information

GrantCrafter structures information from external sources. Donor notices remain authoritative; users must confirm eligibility, deadlines, budgets and requirements before acting.

Proposal and presentation assistance

Generated narratives, matrices, budgets and exports are drafting aids, not legal or financial advice. Users remain responsible for source rights, facts, claims, commitments, budgets and final submissions. Funding is never guaranteed.

Language models can be wrong, can misread a guideline, and can produce text that is fluent and incorrect. The drafter is built not to invent facts about your organisation — where a figure is missing it leaves a bracketed placeholder — but that design reduces the risk rather than removing it. Read every word before you submit it. A proposal is a document you sign and a representation you make to a funder. The compliance review and writing quality check are advisory: passing them is not a guarantee of eligibility, admissibility or funding. Financial projections in the Business Plan Studio are arithmetic applied to assumptions you entered — not a forecast, a valuation opinion, or a solicitation of investment.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Plan features and fair-use protections may be updated prospectively.

Cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace, which opens the Stripe customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; partial periods are not prorated. Afterwards the account continues on the free plan: proposals, dossiers and pipeline remain readable and editable, but export and the review passes stop. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply, are unaffected.

Right of withdrawal and immediate access

This section applies to consumers — a person acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. If you are buying for an organisation, it does not apply to you, and nothing in it removes rights you would otherwise have.

A consumer buying at a distance normally has 14 days to withdraw. At checkout we ask you to confirm two things before you pay: that you want us to begin immediately, and that you understand what beginning immediately costs you. Both are required, and the box is never ticked for you.

Where you give that confirmation, you lose your right to withdraw from digital content you generate, export or download — a drafted proposal, an export, a filled donor template — from the moment it is supplied to you. That content cannot be returned, which is why the right ends there.

The subscription itself is different, and we will not pretend otherwise. You may still cancel it within 14 days. If you do, we charge you in proportion to the part of the period already provided, rather than nothing and rather than the whole amount. Outside those 14 days the cancellation terms above apply.

We record each confirmation: who gave it, when, and the exact wording shown at the time. You can ask us for a copy of your own at any time.

Free plan allowances and fair use

Free workspaces have daily allowances on search, external call import, document analysis and eligibility assessment, published on the pricing page. They exist because each AI-backed action carries a real per-use cost, and they may be adjusted with notice. Plans described as unlimited are for ordinary use by one organisation; automated, resale or bulk usage materially out of proportion to normal use may be rate-limited or raised with you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt operations, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or bulk-extract and republish protected data or software.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted access or successful funding outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that consumers keep any right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence where the law gives them that right.
